use rake inside rails app doesn't work on Solaris notice that in file
/usr/local/bin/rake has this shebang #!/usr/bin/env ruby change to
#!/usr/local/bin/ruby fix the problem

somehow my Google Chrome thought that localhost is ip 124.xx.xx.xxdue to my
poor DSL connection so that I had to switch proxy every few hours
To fix this problem, wrench > option, personal, empty cache
been getting 503 from Litespeed web server(Litespeed Web Server Standard
v4.0.10) on rails appsturns out all the problems are in my apps
the tricky part is that I can start outside of lsws using mongrel or webrick
and get to the the first page
but lsws seems to go way beyond that first page
to find out what the problem is, go to /usr/local/lsws/logs (ubuntu 9.04)
rm * to remove all log files, lsws will regenerate some right away
this make it clearer to pinpoint the problems
then hit the page and inspect the log files
no - you won't see the error in Rails log (another tricky one)
